Plate Shoots are back up an running at Silver City In Meriden

Silver City Gun Club .22 cal plate shoots – beginning at 7:30 PM

Practice on 1st and 5th Fridays of the month
Rifle matches on 2nd Friday of the month
Revolver matches on the 3rd Friday of the month
Pistol matches on 4th Friday of the month

--- Any .22 LR caliber rimfire semi auto pistol, rifle or revolver will qualify. Open sights or optics are allowed. When a shooter with open sights shoots against a shooter with optics, the open sight shooter will get a one plate head start.

--- Plate shoots are man on man (person on person) as fast as you can shoot five plates SAFELY.

--- We encourage women, and kids with prior instruction to join us.

--- We reserve the right to disqualify any shooter that does not follow all range rules or who cannot perform in a SAFE manner.

--- Fees for Matches: Members and their kids $5.00, non-members $8.00.

--- Fees for practices: Members and their kids shoot free, non-members $5.00.

It is! Great bunch of guys and inexpensive to shoot. Practice nights are better to go and hang out, that way you could get paired up against someone in your own skill range.
